Event Description:
The Family Health Team-Knowledge Exchange (FHT-KE) is a community of practice for providers working in provincially-funded family health teams across Ontario. The FHT-KE fosters a collaborative approach to address the multidisciplinary learning needs of FHTs to build on and support the uptake of best practices in eating disorders care, aligned with their role and scope of practice. The group meets monthly.
