Event Description:
This group meets monthly to support the treatment of BED including the adherent uptake of CBT-BED. The primary focus of this group is a discussion of cases and questions regarding how to support and treat BED.
Staff in specialized eating disorders programs meet criteria to attend. Staff in family health teams, primary care, and publicly-funded weight management programs also meet criteria to attend, provided the service or program routinely supports or provides treatment to clients with Binge Eating Disorders. Other eligibility criteria may apply. No clinician prerequisites are required; however, it is recommended that clinicians view the on-demand BED series available on this website here prior to participation.
